Got Books, Inc collects books from individuals at their home or office and from hundreds of our book donation containers. Our exclusive FREE book pick up service is offered in many areas of MA and southern NH. To donate your books, call us at 978-416-8288 or click here to schedule your book donation pick up today. In addition Got Books book donation containers are used by non profit groups as a FREE and easy fundraising program. Each time the container is emptied, the non-profit gets a check!
All books are brought back to our 69,000 square foot warehouse where they are cleaned and sorted by hand. No books ever end up in landfills! Re-usable books are sent to our subsidiary company, Used Book Superstore where they are made available at incredibly cheap prices.

Got Books can help! There are three easy ways to donate books!
1. Use our FREE book collection pick up service! We’ll send one of our Got Books vehicles right to your door step. For one bag or one hundred bags — we’ll schedule a convenient pick up time to pick up your unwanted books, CD’s, DVD’s or audio books.
2. Use one of the hundreds of the Got Books drop off containers. Drop off your books in any one of our book collection containers and a local non-profitbenefits! That’s right for every book, CD, DVD, or audio book dropped into a container, the host of the container gets paid! It’s a great way to help a school, church, club or other charity or non-profit organization.

Donated Books as Fundraising!
Got Books provides hundreds of nonprofit groups with an easy fundraising program: book donation containers are placed throughout New England at schools, town halls, retail parking lots and a variety of other public locations. The containers are placed for free and Got Books pays the container hosts when their donated items are collected. Got Books has paid nearly a million dollars to our nearly 400 fundraising partners and has saved millions of books from landfills. Donated books are hand sorted at the Got Books warehouse. Books that can be repurposed and reused are sold through our sister company Used Book Superstore or online. Books that are damaged or are unusable are recycled. Got Books operates several philanthropic programs that distribute thousands of books for free:
-Books for Troops program sends books to local residents serving our military overseas (if you know someone who is stationed overseas and would enjoy a box of books, please let us know.
-Books for Teachers program provides book donations and special educational discounts to teachers and schools
-Got Books Great Book Giveaway program donates books to every student in a school or classroom
Used Book Superstores, among the largest used bookstores in the USA, offers used books, DVDs, CDs and audio books at a fraction of their original cost. so that more books are available to more people – especially senior citizens, children and educators. There are five Used Book Superstores in MA and NH each offering more than 100,000 gently used and new books priced starting at $1.39. The Used Book Superstores also offer further discounts for teachers and veterans.
