Looking to give your books to a good cause? The town of East Lyme has partnered with Got Books to place a drop-off donation and reuse container for residents, businesses, schools, libraries, and other groups who wish to contribute books they no longer have a use for and would like to see repurposed. Other acceptable donations include CDs, DVDs, records and audio books.
The Got Books donation container is conveniently located at the East Lyme Recycling Center on 93 Roxbury Road. The container is for donations from all East Lyme residents every Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:00pm and every Saturday from 8:00am-Noon.
