Got Books Raises Money for Angelcat Haven of South Eastern MA
|
Looking to get rid of your used books? Angelcat Haven of South Eastern MA is raising money through donations of new and used books, CDs, DVDs, records, and audio books. The group has obtained a drop-off donation container for residents, businesses, and others who wish to contribute books they no longer use and would like to repurpose, while also raising money for the feline rescue group.
Angelcat Haven is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing the homeless and stray cats in South Eastern Massachusetts in need of a safe place while waiting to be adopted into a new home.
The gray book donation container, distinguished by its lively purple and yellow ‘Got Books?’ signs, is conveniently located in the parking lot of Desco Electronics at 36 Bacon Square in Plainville. This is an ongoing fundraiser and donations can be made by the public at any time. Funds raised through book donations will benefit the shelter.
