Got Books Raises Money for Christopher P. Dunne Foundation
|
Looking to give your used books to a good cause? The Christopher P. Dunne Foundation is looking for donations of used books, CDs, DVDs, records, and audio books. The organization has placed a drop-off donation and reuse container for residents, businesses, schools, libraries, and other groups who wish to contribute books they no longer have a use for and would like to see repurposed.
The ‘Got Books?’ donation container, distinguished by its lively purple and yellow signs, is conveniently located near the ice rink at Breakheart Reservation on 177 Forest Street in Saugus. Donations can be made by the public anytime. Funds raised through donations will benefit the Christopher P. Dunne Foundation, which is designed to enrich the lives of young adults with disabilities and their families and supports programs to deepen community values. Funds will also benefit Breakheart Reservation which has a visitor’s center named after and dedicated to Christopher P. Dunne.
