Got Books Raises Money for Conval Regional High School Ice Hockey Boosters

PETERBOROUGH, NH – Want to get rid of your used books? The Conval Regional High School Ice Hockey Boosters are raising money through donations of new and used books, CDs, DVDs, records and audio books. The group has recently placed a drop-off donation container to collect these items from community members who’d like to repurpose their used goods while also helping the Boosters raise money. The group will be paid on an ongoing basis for all items collected in their donation container.
The gray book donation container, distinguished by its purple and yellow ‘Got Books?’ signs, is located in the parking lot of the Pizza Peddler at 70 Hancock Road, Peterborough. This program is an ongoing fundraiser and donations can be made by the public at any time. All funds raised through the collection of these donations will benefit the general funding of the Conval Ice Hockey Boosters
The Boosters support the team through supplying needed materials and enrichment activities for the hockey community. Project goals for the upcoming season include supplying new helmets, uniforms and practice jerseys for the team as well as team jackets for the players and hockey clinics for the area’s youth.
