Got Books Raises Money for Hinsdale Lions Club

Want to get rid of your used books? The Hinsdale Lions Club is raising money through donations of new and used books, CDs, DVDs, records and audio books. The group has recently placed two drop-off donation containers to collect these items from community members who’d like to repurpose their used goods while also helping the Lions raise money. The group will be paid on an ongoing basis for all items collected in their donation containers.
The gray book donation containers, distinguished by their purple and yellow ‘Got Books?’ signs, are located in the parking lot of the T-Bird Mini Mart at 849 Brattleboro Road, Hinsdale and at Kulicks Supermarket at 30 Warwick Road, Winchester. This program is an ongoing fundraiser and donations can be made by the public at any time. All funds raised through the collection of these donations will benefit the general funding of the Hinsdale Lions Club.
