Northfield Recycling Center
|
Looking to get rid of your used books? The Northfield Recycling Center is now accepting new and used books, CDs, DVDs, records, and audio books. The town has placed a drop-off donation container for residents, who wish to contribute new and gently used books they no longer have a use for and would like to see repurposed.
The ‘Got Books?’ donation container, distinguished by its lively purple and yellow signs, is conveniently located at the Recycling Center on 31 Caldwell Road in Northfield. The group is looking to collect a variety of good condition books, as they are intended to be reused and donated. As such, they cannot accept encyclopedias, magazines, catalogues, multiple copies of textbooks or workbooks, or damaged items. Donations of books can be made by residents every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
