Got Books Raises Money for “Relay for Life” chapter for the American Cancer Society

Looking to get rid of your used books? A local “Relay for Life” chapter is raising money for the American Cancer Society through donations of new and used books, CDs, DVDs, records, and audio books. The group has placed a drop-off donation container for residents, businesses, schools, libraries, and other groups who wish to contribute books they no longer have a use for and would like to see repurposed, while also raising money for the ACS.
The ‘Got Books?’ donation container, distinguished by its lively purple and yellow signs, is conveniently located in the parking lot of the Savings Bank at 17 Burnham Road in Methuen. Donations can be made by the public at any time. Funds raised through book donations will benefit the American Cancer Society.
