Got Books Raises Money for Neighbors Helping Neighbors

Looking to give your books to a good cause? The town of Westminster has partnered with Got Books to place a drop-off donation and reuse container for residents, businesses, schools, libraries, and other groups who wish to contribute books they no longer have a use for and would like to see repurposed. Other acceptable donations include CDs, DVDs, records and audio books.
The Got Books donation container, distinguished by its lively purple and yellow signs, is conveniently located at the Westminster Transfer Station on 165 Fitchburg Road. The container is open for donations from Westminster residents every Monday and Friday from 7:30am-3:00pm, Saturday from 7:30am-1:00pm, and Sunday from 9:00am-1:00pm. Non-residents may use the facility by permission only.
Proceeds from donations will benefit Neighbors Helping Neighbors, an all-volunteer nonprofit group whose mission is to provide assistance to Westminster residents who are faced with tragedy.
