Looking to give your books to a good cause? The town of Newton has partnered with Got Books to place a drop-off donation and reuse container for residents, businesses, schools, libraries, and other groups who wish to contribute books they no longer have a use for. The bin will also accept CDs, DVDs, records and audio books.
The Got Books donation container is conveniently located at the Newton Transfer Station & Recycling Center on 2 Dugway Road. The container is available for donations from all Newton residents every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00am-6:45pm and every Wednesday from 8:00am-2:00pm.
