Looking to give your books to a good cause? The city of Northampton has partnered with Got Books to place a drop-off donation and reuse container for residents, businesses, schools, libraries, and other groups who wish to contribute books they no longer have a use for. Other acceptable donations include CDs, DVDs, records and audio books.
The Got Books donation container, distinguished by its lively purple and yellow signs, is conveniently located at the Northampton Department of Public Works on 125 Locust Street. The container is open for donations from permitted users of the Locust Street Recycling Center every Monday through Saturday from 7:00am-4:00pm.
