Looking to give your books to a good cause? The town of Somers has partnered with Got Books to place a drop-off donation and reuse container for residents, businesses, schools, libraries, and other groups who wish to contribute books they no longer have a use for. The bin will also accept CDs, DVDs, records and audio books.
The Got Books donation container is conveniently located at the Somers Transfer/Recycling Center on 93 Egypt Road. The container is available for donations from all Somers residents with permits every Monday and Thursday from 7:30am-3:00pm, Saturday from 8:30am-4:30pm, and Sunday from 8:30am-12:30pm.
