At Got Books we have a sincere appreciation of education and the work that our community teachers do. Our Books for Teachers program was started as our way of showing our appreciation and to do what we can to help out. If you need books for your school Got Books wants to share what we have with you!
We offer several ways for teachers in the New England area to get involved.
Fundraising
Start fundraising with Got Books: Our fundraising book donation containers work great for schools from kindergarten to college. Got Books will pay your school for collected items each time your container fills and there are never any costs or selling for your school. With hundreds of containers placed, this simple, time-saving fundraising approach has worked for many schools across New England and we’re sure it can work for yours too! In-Store 20% Discounts Every Wednesday
Any teacher can get 20% off of his or her entire purchase at our Used Book Superstores every Wednesday from 10am-8pm. All that we need is some form of proof that you are a currently employed paid teacher (a school pay stub, MTA card, or something else).
Teachers: Get Books for Your Classroom
At Got Books we are committed to providing needed books to schools in the greater Boston and Southern New Hampshire area. Our Books for Teachers program allows your entire school to receive books for classrooms. By enrolling every teacher at your school in our simple program, you can each enjoy the educational materials provided by Got Books. Simply fill out the Books for Teachers form below to learn more. Please note that there are two forms that follow; For this program please complete the Books for Teachers application and do not fill in the Great Book Give Away application.
Apply for a Got Books Great Book Give Away
At Got Books we are committed to giving away thousands of books to elementary schools in the greater Boston and Southern New Hampshire area. Your school can apply to receive a Got Books Great Book Give Away by simply completing the “Great Book Give Away” form at the bottom of the page. We’ll load up a truck full of books and each child at your school can select a book for free! Please note that there are two forms that follow; For this program please complete the Great Book Give Away application and do not fill in the Books for Teachers application.
